Lighthouse Outreach Center

Overview of Assistance: Lighthouse provides a range of support services for individuals and families in need, including emergency food assistance, homelessness prevention, emergency shelter placement, and services for runaway youth. Lighthouse also helps connect people to additional community resources based on their specific needs.


To receive assistance, individuals must visit Lighthouse’s website to create an online account and begin an intake form. Once information is submitted, a member of the Lighthouse team will follow up to provide guidance and next steps.

Want to Help? Support is available through financial donations, food drives, Amazon wish list purchases, and volunteering. Volunteer roles include mobile food delivery and weekly food pickups, with opportunities for individuals and groups. A Lighthouse Sign On account is required to get started.

Saint Mary Queen of Creation 

Overview of Assistance: St. Mary Queen of Creation provides free food assistance, including canned goods, meat, fresh dairy, fruits, vegetables, bread, and baked goods. Households may receive food once every 30 days.


This pantry serves residents living in New Baltimore (48047), Chesterfield (48047 and 48051), Ira Township (48004 and 48023), and Fair Haven (48023).

Want to Help? This organization accepts donations of non-perishable food items, fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy, and meat. Monetary donations are also welcome.

Community Food Bank of Macomb County

Overview of Assistance: Food distributions are held from 10:00 am–12:00 pm. All distributions are open to individuals and families in need of food assistance. Guests may drive up to receive food in their vehicle or walk up to participate. Distribution dates may change, so please confirm the schedule before visiting.
